Researchers at the University of South Florida are studying the ways our urban trees are changing and your views on the tree canopy here in Tampa. We are interested in hearing your views on this topic! Your perspective will be a key part of our study.
This research study is being carried out by researchers at USF and has been approved by the University of South Florida Institutional Review Board (Study # 3570). Your participation in this survey is entirely up to you and your responses will be anonymous. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
Confidentiality will be maintained to the degree permitted by the technology used. No guarantees can be made regarding the interception of data sent via the Internet. However, your participation in this online survey involves risks similar to a person’s everyday use of the Internet. If you complete and submit an anonymous survey and later request your data be withdrawn, this may or may not be possible as the researcher may be unable to extract anonymous data from the database. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Co-principal investigator on the project, Dr. Rebecca Zarger, Department of Anthropology, University of South Florida, at (813) 974-0069 or by email: rzarger@usf.edu.
