Talk with a Podiatrist: Ask any Question about How to Take Care of your Feet.
Tampa Family Health Centers (TFHC) hosts an interactive class about how to take good care of our feet. Our amazing podiatrist, Dr. Evguenia Gonzalez will be here to answer your questions. Topics we'll discuss include hiking tips, avoiding the pitfalls, and selecting footwear for gardening. Bring any questions you have to this class! Let's learn about an often under-considered aspect of our health.
Registration:
This is a free class. TFHC will provide the materials, but registration is required.

Event Location:
The class begins at 10 AM. We will be outdoors on the lawn at the Tampa Family Health Centers Community Garden. The parking lot is across the street from the center and located North of Osborne Ave./West of 22nd St.
There is a sign in front of the lot that says employee parking lot and you'll see raised garden beds. This is where you can park. Please call Nicole Pinson, Garden Manager, if you need more information or assistance.
We have a water cooler and snack machine, but we don't have cups, so please bring a beverage or your refillable water bottle. You may want to wear a hat and sunscreen.
