- From Monday-Friday, between 8am-5pm, please call the Utilities Call Center at (813) 274-8811.
- During after-hours, including weekends and city holidays, please call (813) 274-7400.
*Note: Emergency calls are triaged and addressed as soon as possible, based on available resources.
