Motion: (Henderson-Clendenin) That the substitute resolution submitted by Justin Vaske, Senior Assistant City Attorney, be received and filed. Motion carried unanimously. Motion: (Viera-Clendenin) That Council moves to adopt said substitute resolution. Motion carried unanimously by voice roll call vote of 7-0. |
