A non-refundable service charge may apply. Private payment centers authorized to accept utility payments for the City of Tampa are any AMSCOT® location.

To avoid service interruption following receipt of a final notice, contact the Credit and Collections Section by phone at (813) 274-8811 to clarify billing details or make payment arrangements.
Requests for payment extensions or payment arrangements also may be submitted via the Customer Service Portal at https://utilities.tampagov.net after logging in to your account.
Utility customers making payments by methods other than those listed here may experience delays in payment processing and posting to their accounts.
