Students learn about works currently on display at the Tampa Museum of Art and create art based on a different artist each class.

August 29 | Particles of Dust

Students will learn about a sculpture on display called This Particle of Dust by Jacob Hashimoto. They will create a work of art inspired by this piece.

September 26 | Suchitra Mattai

Students create a work inspired by our newest exhibit Bodies and Souls by Suchitra Mattai.

October 24 | Noble Collection

Students create a work inspired by an antiquities exhibit pulling from the Noble Collection.

November 21 | Alma Thomas

Students create a work inspired by an artist on display named Alma Thomas.

December 12 | Vaughn Spann

Students create a work inspired by our exhibit called Allegories by Vaughn Spann
