Overview:

Join us for a community gardening program Garden Design and Companion Planting.

Learn about garden design practices, the concept of companion planting, and which vegetables and flowers grow best together.

Each participant will receive a free vegetable or herb plant for their edible landscape!

This program is taught by Caroline Chomanics with IDEAS for Us and Fleet Farming.

Fleet Farming is an urban agriculture program of IDEAS for US that is changing the cycle of local food systems through community supported agriculture. Their mission is to empower all generations to grow food in order to increase local food accessibility.

Registration:

This is a free class. TFHC will provide the materials, but registration is required.

Space is limited to 45 participants.
