An out-and-back Thanksgiving morning race tradition for the whole family! Held on Thursday, November 28th. We start and end at Amalie Arena located at 401 Channelside Drive, Tampa, FL 33602. Your choice of 1 mile fun run which starts at 8am,5K run/ walk which starts at 7am, or a virtual 5k from anywhere! Limited strollers and dogs welcome, please register appropriately. If requesting a ladies size t-shirt, please keep in mind they run small and order a size up.
The Y is proud to say that the Tampa YMCA Turkey Gobble covers 100% of the cost our LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA cancer survivor wellness program across the entire Tampa YMCA association AND our youth cancer survivor program: Kids Thrivers Club. The free 12-week programs offers adults and children affected by cancer a safe, supportive environment to participate in physical and social activities focused on strengthening the whole person. While participating in the program, participants and their household family members receive a membership to the Tampa YMCA, helping the whole family regain their health.
