  2. Search for the desired App
  3. Tap on Install

Create Contacts in Outlook on your Phone

When you create contacts using the Outlook application on your phone, it stores the contact across all your City devices. If you create a contact using the Contact application, it only stores the contact on your phone.

  1. Open Outlook on your iPhone
  2. Tap Apps on the bottom right
  3. Tap Contact
  4. Tap New and complete the required information

While in the Outlook application, click on the search icon at the top right of your screen. Type in the employee’s name to find contact information. To store the employee as a contact, click their name twice, scroll down and click on “Add to Contacts.”

Automatically Backup Photos to OneDrive


Pictures taken with your phone can be automatically stored on your OneDrive.

  1. Open OneDrive on your iPhone
  2. Tap the Me icon on the upper left
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Camera Upload
  5. Select Upload Using Cellular Data

Then you can find your pictures at C:\Users\username\OneDrive - cityoftampa\Pictures\Camera Roll\Year.

Call the Service Desk as soon as possible. A phone can only be located if it has power and connectivity. If the phone dies, there is no location history to reference.

Forward Your Calls

  1. Dial *72
  2. Enter the phone number you are forwarding to
  3. Press Send

To cancel forwarding, Dial *73 and press Send.
