On November 26, 2023, at approximately 8:55 a.m., officers responded to the 14000 block of Riveredge Drive in reference to a female in her early teens who sustained serious injuries as a result of multiple stab wounds.
Upon arrival, officers located two victims- a female in her 30’s, who sustained similar injuries, and the juvenile.
On scene, the adult victim was pronounced deceased. The juvenile victim was transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
Based on the preliminary investigation, both victims are related to each other and are known to the suspect.
At this time, detectives are diligently working to determine what led to this incident.
