This workshop marks the beginning of a collaborative effort to gather valuable feedback from the East Tampa Community regarding housing concepts in alignment with the overall community needs. Your input and insights will play a critical role in shaping the future of this site and ensuring that the future redevelopment cogently supports the community’s wishes. Let's work together to create a lively and viable vision for the Palifox Ave properties.
