The Transportation Development Review Section's primary responsibilities include:

Reviewing parking, access, and other transportation-related issues on applications for variance, rezoning, special use, DRI/NOPC, subdivision, historic preservation design reviews for ARC and BLC, right-of-way vacating, the release of the easement, right-of-way encroachment, and building permits (as needed).

Reviewing requests for Alternative Design Exception related to the right-of-way.

Making official determinations of 'use' type related to impact fees. NOTE: Impact fee credits are processed through Construction Services and calculations and determinations related to those credits are performed by Transportation & Stormwater Services Department.

Coordinating with various agencies, as needed, on the City's Walk-Bike Plan, Bike Safety Plan, and Emergency management.
