The City of Tampa Arts & Cultural Affairs Division is seeking a mural for the FDOT Interstate 275 underpass at Osborne Avenue in the neighborhood of Seminole Heights. Regional artists are encouraged to apply. This is a partnership with the Florida Department of Transportation to enhance the site through art. This is open to artists who work in painted murals or who incorporate tile in their work.
