On December 07, 2001, Felicia Hines and her boyfriend were both in her car while near North 34th Street/East Comanche Avenue. He heard what he thought was a vehicle backfire and then realized that the victim was shot. Ms. Hines was in the passenger's seat and later passed away from her injuries.
