The West Tampa CRA Residential Exterior Improvement Grant Program is designed to increase access to redevelopment funding for residential improvements to homesteaded single-family homes in the West Tampa CRA for the purpose of improving property conditions, aesthetics, and aiding in the elimination of slum and blight. The focus of this Program is directed to the visible exterior improvement of residential properties to enhance street and neighborhood aesthetics.
