Mayor Castor is proud to announce her support for the Safe & Sound initiative founded by local small business owners who are committed to operating their businesses safely by following CDC guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic. Safe & Sound and the City of Tampa encourage businesses to take the self-assessment survey and comply with the Safe & Sound standards in order to earn their sticker which can be prominently displayed at their place of business.
To begin the process for your business, follow these steps:
- Review the industry guidelines to ensure that you understand the CDC operational standards for reopening safely.
- Once you review, prepare your business plan and ensure that it is operationally compliant with Safe & Sound standards.
- Once you have a plan, complete the survey below to indicate your willingness and ability to comply and commit to the Safe & Sound guidelines during reopening.
