Beginning in 2006, the City of Tampa began illuminating downtown with light-based artwork through the acclaimed Lights On Tampa program. A decade later, many of these art installations are still shining brightly, and downtown is a-glow after dark. This tour includes “Agua Luces”, the bridge lighting initiative led by Mayor Buckhorn and Tampa Electric and Peoples Gas.
