Multifamily Commercial Recycling Pilot Program

The information you provide will help the City of Tampa establish partnerships with multifamily apartment complexes to expand and improve recycling efforts. The City of Tampa along with The Recycling Partnership’s grant will support multifamily recycling infrastructure, services, and education to complexes with 5 or more units that do not currently have it. The program will ensure proper recycling education and information as to what materials are acceptable and not acceptable to reduce contamination of recyclables and increase recycling rates.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SPACE IS LIMITED, AND THE APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM.

The program eligibility requirements are listed below.

Multifamily Complexes (5 or more units) that do not currently have recycling.
Multifamily Complex address must fall within City of Tampa Solid Waste jurisdiction are outlined in green below.
