FREE yoga classes! Students will flow through a variety of physical postures, linking breath with movement as they build strength as well as improve balance and flexibility. Classes are held from 6-7 pm at the beautiful Seminole Garden Center, 5800 N Central Ave. Drop-ins welcome (and so are your friends, of all levels)!
