The Tampa Fire Rescue Public Education Division is dedicated to enhancing community safety through proactive education and outreach.

Our team focuses on teaching fire prevention strategies, promoting fire safety practices, and providing critical resources to residents. By offering engaging programs, interactive demonstrations, and vital information, we strive to empower the community with the knowledge needed to prevent fires and respond effectively in emergencies. Our goal is to ensure a safer Tampa by fostering awareness and preparedness among all residents.

The Public Education Office is responsible for scheduling fire apparatus and equipment displays to educational events that occur throughout the City of Tampa. The Public Education Team also provides educational programs for any and all groups that request information relating to our services.

We schedule events a month ahead, so call in advance to secure availability.
