Lois Ave and Grady Ave Landscape, Streetscape, and Safety Audit Improvements Project

This project will provide a landscape/streetscape audit of N. Lois Avenue and N. Grady Avenue. The project area includes N. Lois Avenue from W. Tampa Bay Boulevard (including roundabout) to W. Hillsborough Avenue and N. Grady Avenue from W. MLK Boulevard and W. Crest Avenue. The audit is to identify and provide recommendations of all trees and landscaping that need replacement, further maintenance, and areas of landscaping that need to be relocated or modified with plant species or design. Recommendations will include beautification and improvements for the roundabout, intersections, and the Lois Avenue/Hillsborough Ave gateway, along with a recommended maintenance schedule to ensure recommended improvements are sustainable.


CRA Investment: $2,360,000

Drew Park Connectivity Sidewalk, Safety, and Mobility Project

This project will identify and recommend potential mobility, connectivity (e.g., sidewalks, etc.), and safety projects, including project estimates, and to identify/recommend/provide quick‐bid options for improvements within public rights‐of‐way throughout the Drew Park CRA. This project is being undertaken in partnership with the City’s Mobility Division, Parks and Recreation Department, and other city divisions.
