Tampa Family Health Centers (TFHC) hosts an interactive class about how to take good care of our backs and muscles. We want to take care of our health so we can continue to have good mobility, flexibility, and range of motion as we get older. Bring your questions about back and muscle health - our doctor will provide an overview and take questions. Participants will receive free garden seeds.
