City of Tampa Utilities provides drinking water and wastewater (sewer) services to customers located in the City of Tampa, as well as parts of unincorporated Hillsborough County and Temple Terrace. Reclaimed water is currently only available in portions of Tampa's reclaimed water service area.
Solid waste, including trash, recycling, and yard waste pick-up services provided by the City of Tampa are only available to customers located within City of Tampa limits south of Fowler Avenue, excluding the University and New Tampa areas.
