The Master Plan for the Howard F. Curren Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant and its infrastructure provides an overall plan to coordinate and prioritize recommended improvements that incorporates past studies, completed improvements, and future improvements to maintain system reliability, address current and potential regulatory requirements and enhance plant performance to reduce operational costs and incorporate process enhancements.
