Tampa is home to many great neighborhoods, ranging from active multi-family communities on the downtown waterfront to more relaxed single-family detached neighborhoods nestled under grand oaks. And regardless of whether you prefer a bungalow or a condominium, you'll be sure to find one of Tampa's 146 parks nearby. Our parks offer many recreational and leisure activities, including playgrounds, jogging trails, tennis, fishing and art studios.
