The Tampa Convention Center congratulates Alexis Comas, Convention Services Manager, on recently earning the Certified Meeting Professional certification.
A CMP certification is issued by the Events Industry Council and recognized globally as a badge of excellence in the events industry. The qualifications for certification are based on professional experience, education and a rigorous exam. The CMP program was launched in 1985 to enhance the knowledge and performance of meeting professionals, promote the status and credibility of the meeting profession and advance uniform standards of practice.
