Parking Citation Dispute Process:
Any person who wishes to contest the validity of a parking citation may request a court hearing by contacting the City of Tampa Parking Division. All requests must be made within seven (7) calendar days of the date of the infraction. Upon such request, a summons for court appearance will be issued to confirm the time and date of the court hearing.
You may contact the City of Tampa Parking Division administrative offices between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The office phone number is 813-274-8179. The Parking Division administrative offices are located at 107 North Franklin Street (ground level of the Fort Brooke Parking Garage).
You may request a review or hearing for your citation. On the request page, select the Appeal Citation link. If you do not have a registered account with the Parking Division, please look under "New Customer" and select "Create a new account". Once registered you can then submit for a dispute or appeal. Emailed disputes and appeals will NOT be accepted. ALL disputes and appeals must be filed through our online systems.
