Starting on January 29 at 9am, North Blvd between W River Heights Ave and W Dr. MLK Blvd will close while Wastewater Department crews begin repairs on a sewer lateral. Traffic control devices will be in the area to assist with rerouting and traffic flow. Access will be maintained for residences and businesses in the area. Motorists are advised to consider alternate routes and use caution when driving in the area.
This repair and restoration of the road is scheduled to be completed no later than close of business on Friday, February 2. Normal traffic patterns will then resume. A map of the work area and recommended detour routes is embedded below. Work schedules are contingent upon weather conditions.
