Create a Planning - Right of Way permit application in Accela
- Enter detail work description of the staging area(s) and the locations of the stops along the proposed route or within a defined area (Sec 25-62) (ROW)
- Upload to the permit record for review:
- Completed Non-motorized vehicle application .
- Certificate of Insurance
- Site plan with proposed route and stops
- Refer to the Restricted Nonmotorized Vehicle and Pedicab Routes for guidance
- Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plan
