Tampa Water Department customers are encouraged to apply for the Tampa Bay Water Wise rebate program which offers a variety of water-saving rebates for qualifying properties. These rebates help offset some of the costs of installing water-efficient appliances and fixtures, and are available to single-family homeowners, multi-family property owners, as well as businesses and organizations.

All automatic irrigation systems are required by Florida law to have a working rain sensor, or other moisture-sensing device, to prevent your system from turning on when rain is sufficient.

Have a leaky flapper? Tampa Water Department customers can request a FREE toilet flapper (limit one per household). E-mail us your account number, first and last name, and mailing address, and we'll mail it to you after verifying your account.
Disclaimer: Our adjustable frugal-flush flappers are universal and fit most toilets, but not all. We recommend you test your toilet for leaks before and after replacing a flapper to make sure it is properly sealed.
