The Mayor’s Hispanic Heritage Committee recognizes Hispanic Heritage month with the 30th annual celebration, recorded October 23 at the Tampa Theatre. This year’s guest speaker is Richard Gonzmart, President of the Columbia Restaurant Group. Musical entertainment is provided by The Fabulous Rockers.
