ESPN’s First Take to Hold Live Broadcast at Tampa Convention Center

Tampa Convention Center will be in the national spotlight when ESPN brings its popular sports talk show, First Take, to the center for a live broadcast on January 16.

First Take stars Stephen A Smith and Molly Qerim, who talk about headlines in football and other sports. There will be two live shows at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on ESPN.

The show will take its show on the road on January 16 and will broadcast from The Landing outside Tampa Convention Center (near The Sail Plaza) in downtown Tampa.

This live episode will preview the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Super Wild Card playoff game as they host the Dallas Cowboys at Raymond James Stadium on January 16 at 8:15 p.m.

The show will feature special guests including Bucs great Derrick Brooks, former Bucs and Cowboys player Keyshawn Johnson, Hollywood producer Will Packer, and former Cowboys receiver Michael Irvin. There will also be giveaways.

The public is welcome to join the audience to watch the live show for free. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. for the first show and 12:30 p.m. for the second show. There will be limited seats and standing room. Entrance is first come, first served. All audience members must go through security, and bags are not allowed.
