WHAT: To celebrate March Madness, Mayor Jane Castor is facing off against members of the University of Tampa and University of South Florida women’s basketball teams for a Basketball Challenge. The Mayor and student athletes will participate in a short pop-a-shot competition to showcase their love of the game.
