TAMPA, FL (November 4th, 2021) - On 09/04/21 at 10:23 a.m., a plane with engine trouble landed on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. near I-75. The Tampa Police Department monitored traffic while units tended to the pilot. There were no reports of any injuries. The Federal Aviation Administration is the lead on the investigation.
