The Tampa Convention Center is nominated for Best Convention Center in the Southeast in the 2023 Stella Awards. The awards recognize outstanding quality and service in the meetings industry, and honor facilities that consistently deliver exemplary services to their customers.

“This nomination acknowledges that the Tampa Convention Center continues to be one of the best venues in the country,” David Ingram, Executive Director of the Tampa Convention Center said. “We are honored to be recognized for the dedication we provide to our clients every day.”

The Stella Awards highlight the best facilities in the events and meetings industry across six regions worldwide, giving global recognition to the Tampa Convention Center in Downtown Tampa. The awards celebrate overall excellence, superb food and beverage, professionalism of staff, sustainability initiatives, and other critical aspects of the meetings and event experience. They are presented by Northstar Meetings Group and are now in their 7th year.

The public can vote for the Tampa Convention Center from now until May 12. There is no fee to vote. All voters will be entered to win a gift card.

Finalists will be determined by total votes during the public voting period. Winners will be selected by a panel of meetings industry experts, overseen by the editors of Northstar Meetings Group’s leading brands, Meetings & Conventions, Successful Meetings, Meeting News and Incentive.

Winners will be announced in October 2023.
