The Tampa Police Department is conducting a shooting investigation. On March 14, 2023, at 4:05 a.m., officers responded to the 8700 block of Del Rey Court for a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers located a juvenile with non-life-threatening injuries. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the shooting, and at this time, no arrests have been made. Any additional details will be released through the TPD Public Information Office once they are available.
