On Sunday, November 6 at 1:57 AM, Tampa Police were dispatched to the underpass at W. Hillsborough Ave and N. Dale Mabry Hwy for the report of an unresponsive male. Officers arrived to find a deceased adult male, in his late 30’s, the victim of an apparent gunshot wound. Detectives are currently working to develop leads in this case
