Tampa Solid Waste Department Revises Collection Schedule in Observance of Thanksgiving Day

In observance of Thanksgiving, City of Tampa offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 26-27, 2020. 

 

  • Commercial and Residential Customers will not receive collection service on Thursday, November 26, 2020. The revised collection schedule is as follows:
  • Residential Customers who normally receive service on Thursday, November 26, 2020 will receive service on Friday, November 27, 2020. Collection service will continue to run one day behind through Saturday, November 28, 2020. Regular Solid Waste collection service schedules will resume Monday, November 30, 2020.
  • Commercial Customers who normally receive service on Thursday, November 26, 2020 will receive service on Friday, November 27, 2020. Collection service will continue to run one day behind through Saturday, November 28, 2020. Regular Solid Waste collection service schedules will resume Monday, November 30, 2020.
  • McKay Bay Transfer Station and Scale House located at 114 S. 34th St., will be closed on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 26, 2020) and will reopen with regularly scheduled hours on Friday, November 27, 2020.
