A portion of N 34th Street between E Adamo Drive (SR 60) and E 4th Avenue that closed daily from 9 am to 4 pm on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 for driveway and utility construction will be extended. A utility contractor will be installing two (2) commercial driveways on the east side of N 34th Street between E Adamo Drive and E 2nd Avenue and a water tie-in connection on the west side of N 34th Street between E 2nd Avenue and E Adamo Drive. One (1) northbound lane and one (1) southbound lane on N 34th Street between E Adamo Drive and E 2nd Avenue will close beginning at 9 am on Monday, September 19, 2022.
One (1) northbound lane and one (1) southbound lane on N 34th Street between E Adamo Drive and E 2nd Avenue will be maintained at all times, with delays.
All lanes on N 34th Street between E Adamo Drive and E 2nd Avenue will be open to traffic by 4 pm on Friday, September 30, 2022, weather permitting.
The City of Tampa recommends that motorists use alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion.
Northbound motorists can use N 39th Street between E Adamo Drive and E 7th Avenue, in lieu of N 34th Street.
