Citizen Information Center Activated Ahead of Storm

Members of the public who have urgent questions regarding the storm can call the City of Tampa's Citizen Information Line for immediate assistance.

The call center will be activated Monday, September 26 at noon and run until 8:00 p.m. Lines will open again daily from 8:00 a.m. until midnight, until further notice. 

"We're providing our residents and visitors with as many avenues of communication as possible to prepare and keep themselves and their families safe during this approaching storm," said Mayor Jane Castor. "If you have a question about sandbag locations, whether you live in an evacuation zone or not, or any other storm-related questions, please visit our website or call us. Time is of the essence and no one should be waiting until the last minute to figure out their plan."
