The Tampa Water Department will be holding its first Job Expo on Saturday, October 22, 2022.
The department is actively recruiting for a wide range of talent, from entry-level applicants to seasoned professionals and technical experts. The job fair will run from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Water Distribution and Consumer Services facility, located at 3901 E. 26th Ave in Tampa. Participants are encouraged to bring in two copies of their resume.
The Job Expo will offer jobseekers a chance to discuss possible career opportunities with current Water Department employees and department leadership.
“The Water Department impacts the everyday life of our customers. We are there from the moment they wake up to take a shower or brew a cup of coffee in the morning, to the water they use to make dinner at night,” said Distribution & Consumer Services Manager Elias Franco. “We are looking for candidates who want to be a part of our mission and who are looking to serve their community and become a part of the Water Department family.”
