Menorah Lighting in 2021

"This year’s Menorah lighting will be very special and is Tampa’s largest Chanukah Festival,” said Rabbi Mendy Dubrowski with Chabad CHAI South Tampa. “Chanukah reminds us of the power light has to dispel darkness and the candle within each of us that we must use to illuminate the world.”

The Honorable Joseph Citro, City Council Chairman, will take part in the Menorah Lighting on behalf of the City of Tampa.

“We thank the Chabad CHAI South Tampa and Chabad of Tampa Bay for making this event possible for families across our community,” Council Chairman Citro said. “It is a wonderful way for the families of Tampa to celebrate the Festival of Lights together.”

Chanukah in the City is free of charge and there is no RSVP required. This event is generously sponsored by The Bank of Tampa and others.
