Starting at 9am on August 28, Wastewater Department crews will close a section of E Columbus Drive between N 22nd St and N 24th St to install a sewer lateral. Detour signage and traffic control devices will be in the area to assist with rerouting and traffic flow. Access will be maintained for residences and businesses in the area. Motorists are advised to consider alternate routes and use caution when driving in the area.
This work and restoration of the road is scheduled to be completed by Friday, September 1. Normal traffic patterns will then resume.
