The Tampa Police Department is proud to announce the second annual National Faith & Blue family event. Beginning at 6:00 p.m. on October 7th, 2023 at Water Works Park (1701 N. Highland Avenue), this event is designed to bring together law enforcement and residents of the community through faith-based organizations.
"Hosting the second annual Faith and Blue event allows us to continue developing relationships that lead to safer and stronger communities by bringing law enforcement and residents together through the connections of faith-based organizations," said Chief Lee Bercaw. "I hope to see our neighbors, officers, and faith-based leaders fill Water Works Park this weekend as we continue to expand our community outreach with the goal of making Tampa safer, together."
At the event, attendees can expect live music, food trucks, face painting, and local vendors offering resources to the community. This is a great opportunity for residents to meet with law enforcement officers who protect and serve their community.
