Starting January 25 at 7:30am, the intersection of E Floribraska Ave and N Jefferson St will be closed to traffic while the Water Department contractors resume work replacing aging water mains. Barricades and signage will be in the area to assist with rerouting and traffic flow. Access will be maintained for residences and businesses in the area. Motorists are advised to consider alternate routes and use caution when driving in the area.
This work is scheduled to be completed no later than the close of business by February 10, 2024. Normal traffic patterns will then resume. Work schedules are contingent upon weather conditions.
