The closure on S Franklin Street, north of Water Street, has been extended to Friday, June 7. Originally scheduled to reopen on May 27, the extension is needed to complete restoration of the area. The areas impacted by this closure remain unchanged. Northbound traffic on Franklin Street will be detoured to Water Street and then to Florida Avenue. Southbound traffic on Franklin Street will be detoured at Channelside Drive to Florida Avenue, then west along Water Street. Motorists are advised to consider alternate routes and use caution when driving in the area.
