City of Tampa Women's History Month Celebration
The 2018 theme is NEVERTHELESS SHE PERSISTED: Honoring Women Who Fight All Forms of Discrimination against Women. The Josephine Howard Stafford Memorial Award recipient is Chief Barbara Tripp, the first female African American Chief for Tampa Fire Rescue. Keynote address by Jane Castor, retired Chief of the Tampa Police Department. This event was recorded March 6.
