Mayor Jane Castor to 'Rays' the Rays Flag Over Old City Hall and Drop a Rays Banner on the Tampa Municipal Office Building

Tomorrow, September 29th at 10:00 a.m. Mayor Jane Castor will be joined by Councilman Charlie Miranda and the Rays mascot Raymond as they “Rays” the Rays flag over Old City Hall and drop a Rays banner on the Tampa municipal office building as they set to begin the wild card series tomorrow against the Toronto Blue Jays.

WHAT: Rays-ing of the Rays flag and dropping of the Rays banner

WHERE: Corner of Franklin St. and Kennedy for Flag Rays-ing and then brickyard of Old City Hall at 306 E. Jackson for the banner drop.
