Details: On the evening of September 24, Tampa Police Officers were dispatched to 1916 E. Columbus Drive, where they found 31-year old Jared Semp deceased, the victim of an apparent homicide.
At this stage of the investigation, detectives do not believe this is a random act and they have been working to develop leads. Along with Jared’s family, Tampa Police Homicide Detectives are reaching out to the community for assistance.
