LOCATION: N 18th St and E 19th Ave
VICTIM: 32-year-old black male
DETAILS: Tampa Police were dispatched to the report of 'shots heard' in the area of N. 18th St and E. 19th Ave. The officers arrived to find a deceased adult black male victim of a gunshot wound.
While it is very early in the investigation, this does not appear to be random. Officers and detectives are working to develop leads. Anyone with information is urged to contact Crimestoppers of Tampa Bay at 800.873.TIPS.
